Yes, we cover any increase in real estate tax assessments due to the installation of our solar facilities either rooftop or ground mount.

Lease term lengths are generally 20-25 years and include 1.5% annual lease rate escalations. At the end of the lease term, we are fully responsible for decommissioning the site and removing the entire facility. There may also be an option to extend and negotiate a new lease.

Yes, we are able to buyout the lease payments for telecom, solar, battery storage, and EV charging leases! If you are looking for long term steady revenue with annual escalations or if you are looking for a large lump sum payment in advance we can accommodate.
